William Kuehn
William R. Kuehn is a partner in the law firm of Williston, McGibbon & Kuehn. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, business planning, and real estate. Mr. Kuehn received his L.L.M. in Taxation with honors and his certificate in estate planning from the John Marshall Law School, his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College. Previously, Mr. Kuehn served as an adjunct law professor at John Marshall Law School (now UIC Law School) where he taught an L.L.M. class on Fiduciary Duties, as Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Shriners Children’s in Chicago, and as President of Medinah Country Club.
